Women’s Wellbeing Club is a peer to peer community support group  run for women by volunteers.
Our meetings start at between 6pm and 7pm at various venues
Meetings are facilitated by one of our volunteer facilitators. There is a format for the meeting where everyone has the opportunity to be heard and listened to if they have something they wish to share in response to the questions asked that week.




In mid-2016, nine men met in a small room in Halifax with a simple aim of talking through their issues and helping each other deal with their mental health. 
Fast forward 5 years and ANDYSMANCLUB now has groups at over 40 locations across three constituent countries of the United Kingdom.
