Women’s Wellbeing Club is a peer to peer community support group  run for women by volunteers.
Our meetings start at between 6pm and 7pm at various venues – please check your local venue for start time. Each session lasts for 2 hours.
Meetings are facilitated by one of our volunteer facilitators. There is a format for the meeting where everyone has the opportunity to be heard and listened to if they have something they wish to share in response to the questions asked that week.
Refreshments are provided free of charge at the sessions.

At Mindset Sport, we adopt a long term approach to mental wellness, focusing on empowering sports teams through tailored resources and training. We are committed to providing comprehensive training and resources that will allow you to create a sustainable and effective programme.

By promoting mental health and well-being, we aim to help your club optimise performance and foster a positive team environment.
