Mindset Sport want to support more teams getting ready for the new season and those that are coming to the end of theirs, so have negotiated a very special price with Mindset (our training partners) for Mindset Sport member teams.
They are offering the Mindset Sport family the opportunity to train to become an MHFA England Mental Health First Aider for only £100 plus the cost of materials ( currently £29.50).
The RRP for this course is £300!
These prices are not available on our regular open courses and are date specific,
there are initially three courses at this special rate.
Course 1
August 18th, 20th, 25th & 27th 9am-12:30pm
Course 2
August 31st, September 2nd, 7th & 9th 2pm - 5:30pm
Course 3
September 14th, 16th, 21st & 23rd 9am- 12:30pm.
These courses must be booked direct with Mindset by emailing contact.mindsetmhm@gmail.com
detailing your first and second choice of courses, they will invoice you and when payment is received your place on the course is secured. You will then be sent a link to the course of your choice (providing space is available) to sign up. Due to the very low cost of this course your place will not be held pending payment and this s on a first come first served basis.
This is an online course and there is pre-work and home learning that must be carried out before and during the course. All four sessions must be attended
Your manual, workbook and ALGEE card has been posted out to you, direct from MHFA
The home learning sessions will take approximately 1 hour to complete each set and will include a mixture of reading, open questions and multiple choice questions. Your instructor will be able to see your responses and progress against the activities.
